We’re partnering with a major consulting and technology organisation delivering large-scale AI and data transformation programmes across Financial Services.
This team is helping organisations move AI beyond experimentation into secure, scalable, production-ready environments, with a strong focus on collaboration, responsible AI and long-term business impact.
Hiring across multiple levels, from Solution Architect through to senior technical leadership.
The role
- Designing enterprise AI and GenAI architecture strategies and roadmaps
- Supporting the development of scalable AI and machine learning platforms
- Working across LLMs, RAG, semantic search and modern AI frameworks
- Helping shape AI governance, integration and deployment approaches
- Collaborating closely with engineering, platform, product and business teams
- Advising stakeholders on AI capability, delivery and adoption
Environment
- Python - LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering and Agentic AI
- LangChain, LangGraph and modern AI tooling
- Vector databases and semantic search
- MLOps and cloud-native AI environments
- AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks
- Kubernetes and containerised infrastructure
Requirement
- Experience designing AI, ML or modern data architectures
- Strong understanding of cloud and enterprise platform environments
- Exposure to scalable AI deployment and integration patterns
- Financial Services or regulated industry experience essential
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- People who enjoy collaborative problem solving and mentoring others
Open to candidates from Manager through to Associate Director level.
