Description
- London, Manchester & Scotland | Hybrid
Ready to lead AI and data transformation that genuinely changes how banks operate? This is a rare opportunity to join a major consulting and technology organisation delivering some of the most exciting, large-scale data and AI programmes across Financial Services, and they're hiring across multiple levels, from Manager to Associate Director.
Based across London, Manchester and Scotland on a hybrid model, you'll be at the heart of initiatives that turn complex AI and data challenges into real commercial and operational impact. Think customer transformation, risk and governance, automation and enterprise-wide change, work that actually matters.
Day to day, you'll lead transformation programmes, shape delivery strategies and long-term roadmaps with clients, and bring together engineering, architecture, product and business teams to make things happen. You'll also mentor colleagues and build the kind of stakeholder relationships that create lasting change.
The tech stack is modern and genuinely interesting: cloud platforms across AWS, Azure and GCP, plus Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI, SQL and Python , all within agile delivery environments.
They're looking for people with experience delivering data, AI or transformation programmes in Financial Services, and who thrive in collaborative, cross-functional settings. Consulting or regulated environment experience is a plus.
Importantly — if you don't tick every box, please still apply.
This organisation actively wants to hear from people with strong delivery instincts and leadership potential. Returners and those re-entering after a career break are warmly encouraged to reach out. Confidential conversations welcome.
