We’re partnering with a major consulting and technology organisation delivering large-scale AI and data transformation programmes across Financial Services and Banking.The focus is helping organisations turn complex data and AI initiatives into real operational and commercial impact, across areas including customer transformation, risk, governance, automation and enterprise change.
Hiring across multiple levels, from Manager through to Associate Director.
The role
- Leading complex data and AI transformation programmes within Banking and Financial Services
- Working closely with clients to shape delivery strategies and long-term roadmaps
- Collaborating across engineering, architecture, product and business teams
- Supporting the delivery of AI, data and modern platform initiatives
- Helping organisations improve decision-making, operational efficiency and customer outcomes
- Leading teams, mentoring colleagues and building strong stakeholder relationships
Environment
- AI and modern data platforms - Cloud environments including AWS, Azure and GCP
- Databricks, Power BI, Snowflake, SQL and Python
- Agile delivery environments
- Data governance, quality and transformation programmes
Requirements
- Experience delivering data, AI or transformation programmes within Financial Services
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience working across technical and business teams
- Exposure to modern cloud and data environments
- People who enjoy collaborative leadership, mentoring and problem solving
- Consulting, delivery or transformation experience within regulated environments
