About the role:

PwC’s strategic global alliance with Google Cloud focuses on delivering large‑scale innovation in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and cloud transformation. As a multi‑award‑winning Google Cloud Partner, PwC delivers end‑to‑end solutions using Google Cloud, Google SecOps and Agentic AI to help clients modernise infrastructure, address complex challenges and deploy AI at scale, within an inclusive and growth‑focused culture.
The Senior Manager – Technical Pre‑Sales role is central to this alliance, leading the design of enterprise‑grade Google Cloud solutions across cybersecurity, AI and agentic technologies. The role is accountable for ensuring solutions are technically robust, scalable and aligned with both current and future client needs.
This position requires deep technical expertise across Google Cloud’s security, AI and agentic portfolios, alongside close collaboration with PwC Lines of Service, industry teams, Google Cloud alliance stakeholders and client representatives. The role plays a pivotal part in pre‑sales for transformation programmes, driving architectural excellence and positioning PwC as a trusted advisor in Google Cloud‑led engagements, while supporting the delivery of innovative, high‑impact solutions.

What your days will look like:

  • Design and recommend Google Cloud cybersecurity, AI and agentic architectures for PwC clients, supporting solution shaping, pre‑sales engagements and large‑scale transformation programmes.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor on complex, multi‑region engagements, collaborating with PwC teams, Google Cloud alliance stakeholders and client technology leaders to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships across PwC, Google Cloud product and engineering teams, and client stakeholders, contributing to joint go‑to‑market activities, funding programmes and agreed consumption metrics.
  • Support delivery assurance, technical governance and innovation across engagements, contributing to alliance targets, knowledge sharing, architectural standards and the wider Google Cloud technical community.

This role is for you if:

  • You hold at least one of the following Google Cloud certifications: Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect, Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Security Engineer, Google Cloud Certified Professional Machine Learning Engineer, Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Security Operations Engineer.
  • Have strong expertise in designing and delivering enterprise‑scale solutions across Google Cloud cybersecurity, AI and agentic technologies.
  • Bring proven experience shaping and architecting Google Cloud solutions, including large‑scale and complex implementations.
  • Are comfortable translating complex business requirements into clear, viable technical architectures that demonstrate measurable business value.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders, influencing decisions and building trusted, long‑term relationships.
  • Act as a technical leader who helps set architectural direction and supports strategic decision‑making across programmes and clients.
  • Enjoy working across regions and cultures, adapting solutions to diverse client environments and collaboration models.
